A limited number of Auburn football season tickets and mini-season tickets are currently on sale to the general public.
Scott Carr, senior associate athletics director for external affairs at Auburn, said the 2010 football season is a great time for new season ticket holders to purchase tickets.
“We have an outstanding home schedule that features four teams ranked in the Top 25 in preseason polls in Clemson, Arkansas, LSU and Georgia,” Carr said.
“It’s a great year to become a season ticket holder for Auburn football. We anticipate another exciting season that fans don’t want to miss.”
Season tickets include tickets to all eight Auburn home games.
The 2010 football season opens with a home game against Arkansas State on Sept. 4. Other home games on the schedule include Clemson on Sept. 18, South Carolina on Sept. 25, Louisiana-Monroe on Oct. 2, Arkansas on Oct. 16, LSU on Oct. 23, Tennessee-Chattanooga on Nov. 6 (homecoming) and Georgia on Nov. 13.
The cost of a season ticket book for all eight games is $445.
Fans also have the option of purchasing mini-season tickets (season tickets for all home games excluding Clemson and Georgia). Mini-season tickets are $315.
All general public football season ticket holders and mini-season ticket holders will be assigned to the best available seats.
