Hartselle scouting report: Eighth-ranked Hartselle has a 3-0 all-time record against Albertville, including wins over the Aggies when both teams were in the same region in 2000-01.
The Tigers are 20-3 over the past two seasons, with losses to Russellville, Muscle Shoals and Decatur.
Hartselle, which has lost two in a row, has not lost three straight games since opening the 2007 season with an 0-3 record.
Godsey, who is in his seventh season at the school, has led the Tigers to six winning seasons.
The Tigers are led by junior quarterback Will Lang, who is 168-of-240 passing for 2,020 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Payton Sittason leads Hartselle with 54 receptions for 707 yards and five scores.
Malcolm Fossett has 37 catches for 334 yards and four TDS, and Will Tiffin has 34 receptions for 545 yards and three scores.
Fossett is Hartselle’s leading rusher with 775 yards on 128 carries. He’s scored 10 touchdowns.
