Albertville schools approve several transfers

Albertville City School Board members gave unanimous approval to numerous personnel issues during a meeting Tuesday night.

Among them were more than 25 employments and several transfers, which may be found on page A6.

Transfers

Wendy Clay, from first grade to reading coach at APS.

Joy Sprayberry from fifth grade to sixth grade teacher at Evans.

Lisa Bennett, kindergarten teacher to intervention teacher at BSLK.

Robin Davis, Oran Adams and Dustin Young, supply bus drivers to regular drivers.

Ron Reece, physical education teacher at AHS, to in-school correction teacher at AMS.

Supplement transfers and assignments

Josh Walker was transferred from assistant track coach to head track coach.

Carla Vinson was assigned junior varsity volleyball coaching duties.

Nathan Tucker was assigned assistant band director with an additional 15 days.

Randy Chandler was assigned AMS softball coaching duties with a supplement of $1,892 for the school year.

Jimmy Patterson was assigned as assistant track coach.

Haley Bearden, Charlotte Chamblee, Sally Landers, Jamie Mayas, Vickie Ray and Lindsey Rutledge were assigned to the BSLK leadership team.

Misty Brothers was assigned to the APS leadership team.

Melanie Gibson was assigned to the AES leadership team.
