The Sardis Quarterback Club is sponsoring a Big Buck contest. Cost is $20 per event.

The events are:

• Youth event (high school or younger)

• Bow hunt (no crossbows)

• Gun hunt (rifles, shotguns, muzzle loaders and crossbows)

Deadline to enter is Friday. Persons can enter at Farmtown, Mountainboro Outfitters and Odell’s Archery.

Last chance registration will be prior to kickoff at Friday’s Susan Moore-Sardis game at Sardis Stadium.

A free mount by Tolleson Taxidermy will be given to the winner of each division.

The contest must be entered prior to harvest, and all official rules are available on the Sardis Quarterback Club’s Facebook page.

A copy of the rules is also available at the registration sites.
