Marine Lance Corp. Phillip Cody McMullins, 22, of Collinsville, died Sunday, May 31, 2009, at UAB Hospital.

Services were Wednesday, June 3, at 3 p.m. at Collinsville Funeral Home with the Rev. Wendell Dutton officiating. Burial followed at Collinsville Cemetery.

Survivors include his mother, Debra (Danny) Hood, of Collinsville; father, Phillip McMullins, of Crossville; sister, Cory (Chad) Wills, of Collinsville; brother, Zack McMullins, of Collinsville; grandparents, Randell and Jeanette McMullins, of Crossville, Alma Coker and Gertrude Hood, both of Collinsville; and two nieces.
