Cassandra “Cassie” Gail Smith, 18, of Guntersville, died Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Childrens Hospital of Atlanta.

Services were Wednesday, March 18, at 2 p.m. at Albertville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ricky Bell officiating. Burial followed at Mount Carmel Cemetery, on Georgia Mountain.

Survivors include her parents, Chad and Sandra Flannery, of Guntersville; sister, Tonya Daniell (Scott) Smith, of Guntersville; grandmother, Sarah Wortham, of Albertville.
