SYLVANIA — Turnovers plagued the Geraldine Bulldogs as they fell to DeKalb County rival Sylvania 74-53 in varsity boys basketball action Nov. 24.

The Bulldogs trailed 17-12, 40-15 and 53-32 at the quarter breaks.

Daniel McClendon’s 11 points led Geraldine’s scorers.

Both Tyler Malone and Clint Willoughby contributed eight and Carlos Benitez and Ty Rooks seven each.

Matthew Cole closed with six. Jake Richey totaled five points and seven rebounds.
